    Absolutely loved the staff, especially the good angry lady at reception, she really knows how to ruin a welcome. And what's with the coffee? I expected better service but got a broken soap dispenser instead. A little complimentary gesture for such inconvenience would've been nice, but I guess I woudl ve been asking for too much!

    No complaints, I truly enjoyed the stay and can't wait to come back. A comfort double room with a gorgeous view over the mountains, I had requested this in advance. The breakfast was very good, the check in was efficient.

    The location was quite nice, a bit away from the busy tourist spots, but we enjoyed the walk to the fortress. Our family room was cozy, and the kids loved exploring the garden. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with lots of options for everyone, including our young baby.

    My kids wished there were better sleeping arrangements for the baby.

    Had a great group vacation here! We explored the beautiful gardens and took a quick tram ride to the old town. The staff was friendly and helped us navigate the area. Breakfast was a star, with plenty of options. The terrace is perfect for morning coffee.

    Unfortunately, we had issues with our reservation because the reception closed early and it was hard to get assistance for our missing blankets.
